Our Beliefs
The Bible is Gods Word & is without error.
God eternally exists in three persons, Father, Son & Holy Spirit & these three are one God.
We are all sinful by nature, cut off from God & each individual needs to be brought into a right relationship with God.
The Lord Jesus Christ was God in human form. He had a virgin birth, lived a sinless life & died on a cross to take the punishment for our sins. He physically rose from the dead having defeated the power of sin & death.
Only by receiving Christ as Lord of our lives & trusting Him to be our saviour can we be brought into a right relationship with God, become His children & have everlasting life. This is a free gift from God & He will never take it away from us
The Holy Spirit reveals to us that we are sinful & need to turn to Christ. When we become Christians the Holy Spirit assures us that we are God’s children. As we allow God’s Spirit to work in us He enables us to : understand the Bible, worship & pray, become more like Jesus. He also wants to empower us to witness for Jesus & equip us with His gifts for service.
Water Baptism is commanded for all believers & is by full immersion as taught & practiced by Jesus Christ & His Apostles.
The Lord’s Supper is a symbolic commemoration of our Lord Jesus Christ’s death on the cross for us.
The Lord Jesus Christ is coming again to judge, reign & lead His people into His glorious presence.
True Believers will be physically resurrected & enjoy everlasting life in Heaven & those who reject Christ will suffer everlasting Hell
